Aromatherapy is a holistic treatment which involves the use of essential oils extracted from plants to improve both the physical and the emotional well-being. Aromatherapy can also help to promote health and vitality by stimulating the body to heal itself and also by reducing stress. During this course you will learn the many different ways to use Essential Oils to promote good health. Massage is an excellent way of applying the oils to the body and helps to increase the healing process. Lymphatic Drainage and Neuromuscular techniques are used along with a slow relaxing massage.
